Almerand
One of the five Great Kingdoms, and founding member of the Compact. Almerand is known for intellectuals, computer technology, and education. It’s also known for having an oligarchy and relatively low income population, and for not being environmentally conscious. They have mastered space habitats, and much of their population lives in them. Almerand and the Dominion of Morath are in contention for who will administer Vieden.

As the unofficial Capital of the Compact, Aruna is a nexus of economic and political activity for worlds, kingdoms and corporations throughout the Array.
